ShippingOur company can ship your mouldings two ways. Small orders shorter than 8 feet and weighing less than 70 lbs can be shipped via UPS or FEDEX. Larger orders and long lengths can be shipped by motor frieght. When we recieve your order, we will find the best way to ship your mouldings at the most economical rate. We will phone or e-mamil this informaiton to you, and after you approve, we will ship the product. You may also pick up your order at our factory if it is feasable for you to do so.
Orders which are small enough to be shipped FEDEX or UPS will be shrink wrapped, motor freight orders will be crated. We will do our part to assure that freight damage is avoided. If you experience major freight damage, you must immeditately file a damage claim with the carrier. We will assist yo if this becomes neccessary. While the damage claim is being processed, we will replace your damaged material so that you are not unnecessarily delayed with your project. Freight companies require that the damage merchandise be turned over to them before a claim will be settled.
